Order Processing

 

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Times & Costs

 

  • Free Standard Shipping: We are delighted to offer free standard shipping to our customers in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Your order is estimated to arrive within 7-14 business days after processing.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your door. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

 

Important Notes

 

  • International Shipments: While we offer free shipping to the countries listed above, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by the destination country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
